Only approved applicants can place a reserve payment on properties.

All parties who wish to reside at the property and are 18 years or older must complete and submit a separate application. All applicants must submit separate applications to aid in credit and background checks. Any parties who wish to reside at the property and do not submit separate applications will not be considered for the lease.

The entire security deposit is refundable with the return of the property, including keys, amenity cards/fobs, mailbox keys, and garage remotes. The property will be reviewed and the condition report will be compared and considered against the move in condition report. Any damages or repairs deemed tenant damage or neglect will be charged against the deposit.

We do not accept co-signers. All approved applicants listed on the lease are required to be occupants.
