Our Process
We specialize in property rescue and have partnered with high quality vendors to ensure work is done professionally, efficiently and economically.
Once the property is vacant and we have access to the home, your specialist will conduct an initial inspection. They will create for you a punch list, photos and an action plan to get your investment ready for the market.
After your one-on-one consultation, it’s time to hit the ground running! Your specialist will have estimates ready for your review. After your deposit has been received and estimates are approved, we get to work.
Your renovation specialist will check in at the property weekly and you will receive a video walk through of all the progress – no matter where you are! We are here to make sure all of the work is done right, but the approval of work orders is still in your hands, meaning at any time we can make adjustments to match your vision.
Once the repairs have been completed, a final deep clean and walk through will be done…and we are ready for your listing!
